Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All our photos represent the actual products. We aim to showcase them as accurately and beautifully as possible, with no filters—just nature in its purest form.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. You can also view and download it anytime by logging into your account under “My Orders.”

How can I return an item?

If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process. Note: Returned items must be unopened and in original condition.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock” ?

Yes! Most of our products are handmade in small batches. If something is out of stock, it will usually be restocked soon. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship within United States of America. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options for your location.

Are your products tested on animals?

Never. We are proudly cruelty-free and only test our products on happy humans.
